Securities Law & Corporate Governance
We are recognized as leading advisors in relation to the rules on securities law and corporate governance. Our main focus is on companies and securities listed or issued on Nasdaq Copenhagen or other Danish and international markets and on state-owned public limited companies. We have considerable experience and expertise in relation to companies' compliance and practical handling of the extensive European and Danish securities requirements which the companies are subject to today.
Commercial Contracts
We assist with ensuring that our clients' contracts optimize both our client's legal and commercial wishes and needs. We believe that it is crucial for the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts that this is done on the basis of an in-depth understanding of the company, including business model, risk appetite, products and strategy. We advise on a wide range of different types of contracts within different businesses and industries. Our advice includes preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts for both Danish and foreign clients.
Mergers & Acquisitions
For many years, we have provided advice in connection with mergers & acquisitions within a number of different industries both on the buyer and the seller side. We have considerable experience with various types of transactions ranging from large international companies to small and medium-sized companies.
Based on our experience and commercial understanding, we ensure that the transaction process is carried out in the most efficient way for our client. We focus on a close cooperation with our client all the way through the process as well as on the fact that our advice is always value-creating and solution-oriented.
